Dr. Rahemtulla and his team are so polite and kindhearted! He was able to remove my tooth during that appointment with absolutely no pain on my end and I feel better than ever. Seriously cannot be happier with my experience and will always recommend this dentistry to my loved ones!

Dr. R is amazing! I was eating Skinny Pop and bit into a kernel and split my tooth.. He waa able to work me in between patients and remove my tooth and give me temporary crown. I just got my new crown and its perfect! Dr. R is a fantastic dentist and his staff is very caring. Stephanie is the receptionist and does her best to get us the schedule we need. Dr R pays great attention to detail, explains all options carefully when making a recommendation, and completes treatment with attention to good dentistry and patient comfort.

When I entered the office with an intent to schedule an appointment, I was asked to wait a short time while the assistant spoke with Dr R. When the assistant returned, I was told that Dr R would see me shortly.This visit was to schedule a time that Dr R could make an adjustment to my Night Guard since I previously got a new crown. Dr R promptly addressed the issue and altered my night guard! It is now a perfect fit and Dr R saved the day for me! What a dedicated dentist!!!

It is all I can do to go to the dentist. Since Dr. R took over it has truly been a welcome change. The updated equipment had been a godsend. The entire staff if friendly. I would recommend them very highly.

From the very start when you first walk in the door, until you walk out the door, my experience has always been the BEST, with the exception of UTHSC Dental Care. Dr. R and his entire staff are the BEST. I am 76 years old, and have been in many dental offices. They greet you like family, take great care of you AND your teeth. If you are looking for a dentist who REALLY cares, as well as his staff, and I mean ALL of them, then try R and J Dental. I do NOT believe you will ever be sorry you did .... BTW, the Dental school treats you like a queen or king, but the visits are very long, and many days of visits. Dr. R is fast, courteous, respectful, and so friendly. I am BLESSED to have found him to take care of me AND my teeth, which I expect to keep the rest of my life .... !

Dr Rahemtulla is an excellent dentist. He listens and gives you options that are honest. He is concerned with your health. I, especially, appreciated his help when I came in with a broken tooth. From my first visit in September 2022 until until today I have had The most incredible care and treatment. I’ve had so many frustrating experiences with dentists over the years that I almost had panic attacks. All of that changed with Dr. R. Incredible experience, every time. His staff is helpful, and you get the feeling it's only a natural extension of the doctor himself. He's warm, friendly, and - best of all - extremely good at what he does. He removed three of my kid's teeth in a single 20-minute procedure, and she experienced ZERO pain afterward. I am very happy with the care I received. The office is friendly and professional and on time! First time I have seen a medical appointment actually start at the time I was scheduled! The Visit: I had contact with 4 different members of staff in addition to Dr. Rahemtulla, the receptionist, one tech prepped me and took x-rays, the dental hygienist, a second tech took a panoramic x-ray, and the doctor. Each one seemed to be happy to be there and that feeling reflected on how I was treated. Lastly and most importantly, the doctor explained his recommended treatment plan and then took time to listen to my wishes and offered alternative plans. The fact that he picked up on a little comment I made and rethought treatments was remarkable. I have already recommended his practice to 2 friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. R, and pass on a big thank you to all your team for their wonderful teamwork.

Great staff

I went through the SmileDirect process last year and had a decent experience. My teeth were straightened and I was given permanent retainers to wear at night. I mentioned to Dr. R that my permanent retainers didn't fit well and that I thought my teeth were moving. He let me know that he can provide retainers that "snap" in and fit extra tight. I was able to get my teeth scanned and receive my retainers within two weeks. They fit perfectly and I don't have to worry about my teeth moving. Great experience.

I am very impressed with Dr R and his staff. I hate, I mean hate going to the dentist. I wait until pain sets in and have no other recourse. However, Dr J was fantastic. Dr. R thoroughly tested me for an issue I was having. He adjusted my crown bite, along with making improvements to my night guard, as I am clinching at night,etc. While testing to see what problem I’m having, he explained the entire reason this was happening. Kudos also to his staff for support, friendliness, and knowledge. I’m so glad I have Dr. R as my dentist!!

DR. "R" really cares about his patients dental care and is not motivated by profits in his evaluations. He actually gives his personal cell phone for emergency! I can attest he does answer at my first attempt and I did not have to go thru a voice mail.
